infoRouter Pricing

infoRouter document management software is available as a perpetual license or annual rental. Starting at $7,250 for 10 users. No per-document fees. Request a pricing sheet.

A lot of enterprise software pricing is designed to be confusing — vague quotes, per-document fees, and costs that only become clear after you've signed. infoRouter does it differently: two straightforward licensing models, a clear starting price, and a detailed pricing sheet emailed to you based on your actual setup.

Two Ways to License infoRouter

Perpetual License — You pay a one-time license fee rather than an annual subscription. Annual maintenance is required for updates and support — without it, the software continues to run but with limited functionality. This is the right fit for organizations that want a stable, long-term cost structure and prefer to run software on their own infrastructure.

Annual Rental — Access infoRouter on an annual subscription basis. Renews each year. No large upfront investment. This is a time-bound license — if not renewed, access ends. A good option if your budget works better with an operating expense or if you want to get started without a capital commitment.

Both models run the same software on your infrastructure. Minimum configuration is 10 users. Licensing scales in increments of 5.

What infoRouter Costs

Perpetual licenses start at $7,250 for a 10-user configuration, which includes the server license, user licenses, and first-year maintenance. Annual rental is also available starting in the same range, billed once per year.

There are no per-document fees. No storage tier charges. Licensing scales predictably with your user count — tell us your team size and we'll send you the exact numbers.

What You're Actually Paying to Solve

Before comparing price tags, consider what document chaos already costs your organization:

  • $20 to manage a single paper document (PricewaterhouseCoopers)
  • $120 to fix a misfiled document
  • $220 to replace a lost document
  • 2.5 hours per day per knowledge worker spent searching for information (IDC)
Content services and collaboration technology returns $3.08 for every dollar invested.

Perpetual licenses start at $7,250 for a 10-user configuration, including the server license, user licenses, and first-year maintenance. Annual rental is also available. Fill out the form and we'll email you exact pricing for your team size.
What is the difference between a perpetual license and a rental?
A perpetual license is a one-time license fee. Annual maintenance is required for updates and support — without it, the software continues to run but with limited functionality. A rental is a time-bound annual license; when it expires, access ends. Both models run on your own infrastructure.
Does the price increase based on the number of documents stored?
No. infoRouter does not charge per document or per storage tier. You pay for user licenses, and the platform handles as many documents as your infrastructure supports.
How does pricing scale as my team grows?
Licensing scales in increments of 5 users. When you request a pricing sheet, we'll give you a clear breakdown for your specific user count — no surprises.
Are there recurring fees beyond the license?
Perpetual license holders pay annual maintenance to receive updates and support. Rental customers renew their license annually. There is no monthly billing — all renewals are annual.
